Bishop's Message

It is a matter of great joy for me to learn that the Palakkad Zone of the Charismatic Movement initiates ten different ministries under the name, “Nehemiah Missions”. It is indeed a welcome initiative undertaken by the Zone, discerning the signs and needs of the times. The ten ministries are the continuation of the ministry of Christ. Those who lead or cooperate with the ministries are thereby serving Christ himself. May they never flag in zeal and serve the Lord, aglow with the Spirit (Rom12.11). This is my earnest prayer for them. Their work of ministry will then contribute to the renewal of the Church, the body of Christ and to its building up (Eph 4.12). I invoke God’s blessing upon Fr. Dominic Aipenparampil, the Zonal Director who guides the Zonal ministry and upon Oommen Mathew, the coordinator, the entire team and upon the coordinators of the different ministries.

Director's Message

Nehemiah Missions- the divine spark of the Palakkad Zonal Charismatic Renewal Movement – take up the humble duty of heralding the beauty and joy of the holy Gospel to all the people. It beckons proximity of the redeemer Jesus and a blissful life in Holy Spirit by beholding and spreading the delight and radiance of the word of God. Through the self renewal and motivation of the leaders and volunteers, the missions aim to proclaim Jesus and the joy of his teaching effectively. More significantly, it is a step ahead to spread the gospel of God among the nations to prepare them to receive the faith and baptism, to save them from slavery of evil and to prepare them to obtain eternal life in communion with Jesus Christ through the church. Driven by the insight from Nehemiah 2:20; “The God of heaven is the one who will give us success…” we are all set for a true mission.
